Thrilling third Graders~ Value Pumpkins

ALIX
Third graders are learning about value! Making tints and shades of orange were perferct for fall pumpkins. We decided to spice them up with a bit of patterns and add a neutral background. Love how they look like a night sky!

Krazy Kinders~ Monsters

BEN
Kindergarteners were read the story "The Monster in the Backpack" by Lisa Moser. They painted the fur and turned it into a collage by adding paper, pom poms and googly eyes. I love the expression! they were especially excited to figure out they too would have a monster in their backpack when it was time to take them home!

Fantastic First Graders~ Splatter Bats

MADDEN
First Graders learned about the many tools that you can paint with. They were surprised at how many there were! Our night sky was created with a rubber band brush, rolling marbles and toothbrush sprays. Remember kids, now that you're experienced with that toothbrush, no toothpaste sprays on your bathroom mirror!
